That’s the important bit. For the size of gauze etc.
@graffian beat me to it with Mann. Flowfit used to have dimensions in their book too.
Edit: here https://www.flowfitonline.com/uploads/FlowfitCatalogue22.pdf quick look shows they don’t dimension them all now….
Its an add on improvement to the Vw air cooled engine,the centrifugal mesh,which I’ve removed.

I’m pretty sure it’s of a motorbike,can’t remember what though I’ve got one in stock somewhere for my split, I will have a look and see if I can find it and it should have a number on it, is it the round cast alloy holder that replaces the round strainer plate ?

Try A hydrolytic place. It looks like a oil filter for a small pump.
