Very few diagnostic kits work on Iveco, as the vehicle park is pretty insignificant, and is the same reason very few covered Landrovers. They simply decided it wasn't worth the development cost for a minority of users.I have a Launch, I find it very good except it will not connect with my 2016 Iveco, also no idea if I can get it updated, the one that seems to connect to the Iveco is a Snap On Solus Legend, seen them for around £1000 used. waiting for them to come down to £500.......

Last Snap-On I used didn't even list Iveco. We had to either use Delphi, or Jaltest.
Autocom is the same as Delphi (and Wurth, and Eclipse).I think my autocom does.
Certainly does land rover without any issues.

Autocom supply the hardware and software, but will customise the software for anybody who wants to resell it. The main difference is with what tech data comes with the bundle.
When we had Texa, they didn't cover Landrover, and despite being their largest UK customer, and having a few hundred Defenders to maintain, they weren't interested in adding it.
However it did work brilliantly on anything Italian, but they are an Italian company. Texa was the best all rounder for a while, but they went closed shop with DTCs, converting standard OBD codes to their own custom codes, so you were completely tied into their ecosystem.
I think for pure commercial, Jaltest is the current best option.I considered setting up doing truck and heavy diesel diag, Texa was arguably the best bundle.
Damn expensive, but information packs looked brilliant.
