nutool100/2 in Spain

I have a Nutool 100/2 mig welder it would appear that it can run in reverse polarity if required can any one tellme about this machine as i have no manual. Nutool have no idea of customer service or any sort of sevice come to that ,so if anyone has any info i would be most grateful.I live in Spain near Seville(hot 42deg C.)and getting assistance is very difficult

What do you need to know exactly? MIG welders tend to be similar in set up regardless of the make, so if you post some photos of the parts you are asking about people on here should be able to help.
