If you have one local they probably have hundreds in the bins.

Some tubes of painters mate or decorators caulk come with a large diameter nozzle. Try looking in homebase or B & Q.

I often use the big tubes of decorators caulk and when the tube is empty i wash them in warm water then keep them to put other things in such as polyfilla or mortar mixes to get into awkward spaces with out making a mess, then i just throw them away.

Maybe I am missing something, but don't you just use a Stanley knife to cut the supplied nozzle at an angle so it's as wide as you need?

Yeah he's not laying a bead with his nozzle, he wants to enlarge an orifice by inserting it.

Thanks. I missed that bit. Depending on how delicate the material is, it might be possible to use a piece of thin, stiff card to form a cone of the appropriate size. Or a piece of acetate film or very thin plastic.
