i had a friend who had the van version, it was slow as fook, in fact i could walk faster , up hill backwards whilst dragging a bull elephant behind me...still a fun little van tho

We had one of the vans at work, I drove it from Bristol to Oxford, M4 A34, didn’t do that again, flipping terrifying.

Had the van one years back, still hanker after another, was just looking at one on eBay earlier. Fantastic little motors and lovely and warm in the winter as you’re sitting on the engine.

I'm sure it's terribly slow? Would like to try one inside for space and see the bed made up. Can't help thinking I'd need to get out to turn over in bed.

way back when, somewhere around the early 2000's an old colleague had one. He stripped the back out, built a frame and shelf for his boys racing cart, then lifted it / slid in the cart for travelling around the circuits. I thought it would be too narrow , but it all went in. He had all the tools and all the asociated paraphenalia in shelves all round it too, a complete racing package (albeit a slow one) for not a lot of money..
