im going to make some roof racks for my Suzuki sierra softop.im thinking of notchin some square tube then bend and weld.i don't have a tube bender.can you notch round tube and bend to say 90 degrees or 30 degrees.cheers

What you probably want to do is a lobster back bend. A search on hear or Google should help, but simply you cut your tube at an angle rotate one pice 180 degrees and weld back together then you continue the process until you get the desired bend.
