There was a young chap living up the road from our old place. Seemed pleasant enough whenever i spoke to him.
One of our neighbours ( nosey type) told us that they had mentioned to a local copper that there were carrier bags full of used tealight candles left outside
as regular as clockwork on a Thursday ( bin collection was on a Monday). He was peed off as the seagulls liked to rip the bags open, thus exposing the contents.
The Police raided the place early one Thursday and got a good haul of processed crack and pure cocaine apparently.
