I was not aware they do.
The system just said if you haven't got the required I'd you can't access online.

Whats worrying is that Stephen's signature suggests he is the User Support LEAD - god help you if you dont get a lead team member then?! Now he seems to be asking you how to access the services (his last sentence!)

I was not aware they do.
The system just said if you haven't got the required I'd you can't access online.

You can't online - as you don't have proven methods of ID they will accept.

But they offer you other ways to discover what you want to know - but you will have to accept it might take longer.

when its up to you to prove your id its very difficult to do it

but when its the other way around you are that person give us the money sort of attitude

theres no checks to confirm that you are that person other than asking your name whats you NI number and a driving license

the issue is simple to do and the consequences should be just as high for failures

as goes for faceache well thats your own silly fault when you post your life all over it with pictures what do you expect its an american company that has no safe guards what so ever
also goes with the rest of them as the dpa dosnt exist outside of the uk

its the same with our data leaving uk shores its certainly not protected enough

it does not matter if its us-eu or us-uk the ( US-EU data flow agreements Safe Harbor and Privacy Shield ) inst worth writing it on toilet paper

the same also goes to india - uk we have no data protection rights once it leaves uk shores ( your driving license went there )

to be honest here dvla sold your data to third party then dvla should be sued for doing so and not given an escape clause by Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) another govenerment body thats been 2 faced dvla is in the wrong anyone should be able to make dvla accountable they are the ones making money on your data

ico has taken another system within itself and made them unaccountable for there actions thats really being 2 faced when other campanies get far worse for doing so

its being biased and also not taking a neutral approach due to being another department

have you asked HMRC as that's who holds that data
these days it should be supplied directly from the employers, previously it would have been done on paper, and not everyone has the correct national insurance number on the information supplied to HMRC. you should also have a copy of your P60's so ask them if they can update their system if its missing from your documents.

Are these the phone lines that state they are getting "an unusually high volume of calls" (constantly).
When reality the cuts now mean no where has enough staff to answer calls together with more and more business being done remotely. Lol

I have tried for 2 weeks on and off . Ironically my galaxy s21 plus has no auto redial where my Huawi P30 had a great auto redial. So it's no longer a case of using auto dial and leaving the phone doing its work sadly.

funny thing is that they dont use a phone in the office either, its just a generic USB headset that plugs into the computer that they are using. Covid restrictions caused there to be a change in technology

Sat in a portacabin in Olympia, WA, calling a supplier in downtown Olympia the other week I did get, three times, such a doggy connection I gave up . . . yet five mins later I've rung an out of hours number for out travel company in Leeds and hung on through many "your call is . . ." and got to speak to a bloke with an Australian accent. I assumed he was sat in Leeds, or maybe London, as I've been transferred to their main office a few times . . . turns out he was in Sidney, Australia. Call was perfect, no lag, no interference, just a crystal clear line.

Amusingly, it now means that wherever I am in the world, it appears I'm ringing from a Bradford number . . . "hello, I'm in Chicago right now . . ." You can hear the person on the other end . .. looking at the caller display on their computer . . . yeah, right . . .
