Actually there is a story that before BMW bought the Mini the model was supposed to have the same base engine as the twin cam Neon. Obviously BMW didn't want to continue development with a rivals unit hence the had to develop their own range of power units.Spare engine for the one up front?
Naaa... he's converted it to rear-engined - probably wanted a 6R4...
So they went with a PSA Citroen/Peugeot based one instead.
The greatest compliment..."It looks factory".1999 Chrysler Neon rear anti roll bar sway bush bracket - missing rusted away.
Not attainable for customer from anywhere - dealers non existent/long gone - nothing on internet not even in the states - rubber bush still there - so made bracket...
Hand formed in vice - around a bit of pipe - cut V out of pipe and cold pressed bolt into it - with floor press to make bush retainer.
I did not get rich out of the job - but I enjoyed/doing it...
New bracket - looks like you bought it new....
