afternoon all! i've been lurking for a couple days, great site- a credit to you all. I'm a welding novice bar an evening course a few years back, now studying in more depth. No doubt I will supply the laughs with daft questions.....

What are your plans for welding, fabrication, repairs, art?

Don't laugh, but I would like to do it professionally. In which avenue, I don't know.. A bit daunting. I'm getting on a bit in years, so it may not work out. But it is still an art I have always wished to get a handle on. I really enjoyed OA, I have been told TIG is easier to master if you know gas?? Early days. Cheers for the welcome!
