Hi if i purchased a non rental argon bottle from ebay when i come to refill will i be able to get it done easily or not say for instance at Air products?

As a rule you can only get bottles refilled by the place that supplied them. The exception to the rule is if you can find someone on the fiddle who doesn't mind being a bit dangerous.
The non-rental suppliers have the same bottle supply and testing costs as the big guys, but increase their refill cost to cover it. Generally the no or low rental bottles are more economical for DIY users.
