As I said earlier. Bought 4 4ah Flouruen dewalt batteries for 80 quid delivered. All my cordless stuff is dewalt....their batteries can be picked up relatively cheaply for what you get.
My mate who is a builder borrowed my Dewalt stuff once...he ditched his Makita and now also just has Dewalt stuff.
Once you have a battery and charger setup (I have 3 sets ) you just buy bare units....most stuff seems to be around the £100 mark.
At £40 for a 4ah battery I'd say it isn't worth going cheap?
Here gone up slightly. As I said earlier. Bought 4 4ah Flouruen dewalt batteries for 80 quid delivered.
They've been the equal of the real deal.
Il dig out some pics of the internals if you bare with me,
I've been abusing them with the skil saw jigsaw and planer and they have not missed a beat.
Whole thread is on the same topic.

I have seen the results of cheep Flea bays buys. Some justify the selling of fire extinguishers.
Get a lithium pack kicking off and you'll be lucky if your fire extinguisher puts it out anyway.
ive had a good result with a mickey mouse Makita battery
