No Singleboost, never mind Doubleboost! Car trouble.

I know we have had a few discussions about "Which Rescue Service to Use" well I went with the popular suggestion of Britannia Rescue.

Couldn't fault them, absolutely brilliant service, from me to caklling them up to having the vehicle on the back of the rescue truck, almost exactly an hour. In rush hour.



Really shocking behaviour by the general public, as the guy was securing the vehicle they were absolubtly desperate to get by, he was very criticakl of the behaviour generally and said they were just bloody dangerous and extremely selfish. He said that when he started most motorists were courteous, imagining themselves in the broken down's shoes, now they just didn't give a toss and literally squeezed past.

Sounds like time to practice and perfect your clutchless gear changes.

Two up on my 850 Commando was interesting. If I had to stop it was a case of putting it on the centre stand with the back back wheel off the ground, starting it, both mounting up and, when the lights changed, crunch it into gear and then rock it off the stand as you gave it some throttle. Fortunately it pulled like a train from low revs.
