Hello all,
I am looking to buy a mig and am drawn to the no gas/gas Clarkes for the better "outside in a breeze" work, with the option to add a regulator to allow gas operation when needed. But, [and here comes the numpty question!!] why can't you buy say a 100E and use the flux cored wire without using gas? This would save the cost of buying and fitting a regulator to a, say, 110EN.
I shall now duck below the parapet!
