As the title says. My normally very competent garage is having problems with my 2014 NV200 van. Having replaced rear brake cylinders (starting to weep) they can't get the brakes working properly again. Having gone through a couple of sets of brake cylinders, and swapping out the master cylinder for a s/h replacement, it's still the same. Spongy brakes that need pumping, and a slowly sinking pedal. They've vacuum bled and pumped etc to no avail. Does this vehicle have some secret procedure? I can't even clearly identify if the van has a load sensing valve (that might need bleeding) or how brake servo/booster (if fitted) might come into the picture.
New brake master cylinders are rare, expensive, and difficult to get, so fitting a new one just as part of a diagnosis technique would really be a last resort. Help please!
