Just wondered if any one had an idea ?
We have a Nissan forklift at work that the head gasket went on, slowley got worse and worse, so we replaced it about 3 months ago head skim, all water ways checked, waterpump checked, all done properley.
Seemed ok, until yesterday, engine started to speed up and it dumped all its water in the sump all of a sudden.
Just wondering if we should get shot of it and get another one, cant put the time to it again if its going to go that quick.

, and the newer ones are a lot more reliable, i.e we've gone from failing 90%+ to passing and re-working most of them. If it's the cast iron (D26), normally these can take the hammer.
