Got out my C120 pressure washer for the annual cleaning of the paving slabs the other day. After 5 minutes water started to pour out of the base of the machine. I dismantled the pump to find that the plastic seat of the spring-and-ball valve had completely disintegrated, allowing water to exit from the base of the pump casing. How difficult can it be to find and fit such simple spare I thought.
On to the Nilfisk Advance web site where you can " download parts diagrams and order spares online". Only problem is you need a username and password and there's no facility for creating a user account! I emailed them for advice but no response. Third party parts suppliers only seem to sell accessories, not real spare parts and without a parts diagram I don't know how to describe what I'm looking for. Are you supposed to throw these things away once they start to act up?
