They said they would put in a note about the forum but didn't. Don't think they were all that interested in the welding side of things. Odd as that was the biggest bit.

Must confess I was quite surprised that the forums weren't mentioned.
Damn fine job with the car as well Malcolm, a real credit to you. looking forward to see how the next one turns out too.

Just read the article - the R4 looks great.

Shame they didn't mention the forum - but, I guess that quite a few of their regulars know about it anyway.

Love the observation that it risked looking over-restored. Great sentiment - and a pity more people don't think that way; a bit of patina goes nicely with any classic.
