    Hi folks!

Relatively new to the world of welding and my journey has led me here. I have a defender that needs a bit of work (it's amazing how many other folk on here are in a similar situation!) and i really need to install some new crossmembers. I've done a bit of stick welding in the past but nothing too major. I hear MIG is the way to go but i don't know where to start. Gas/Gasless, 90amp, 130amp, 150amp, so many options! I'd be welding max 3mm steal on the LR but i'd like to go up to 5mm capabilities to give me some flexibility in the future. I've also just got single phase 13amp sockets in my garage so not sure if that's limiting or not. What machine should i buy?

    Cheers

There are vouchers on here somewhere? Any idea where i could find them? £220 for a 151 sounds like a good deal
