Hi all the names Ian, I live in the Uk but have been welding for a German company building Tunnelling machines for the last 10yrs, i think in 10yrs i have worked in 12 different countries, i have had enough of traveling. I'm hoping to be back in the Uk soon to work on the London Crossrail Project,

I have a Genset 300A unit I use at home for mobile work and an ESAB 251i Caddy I can carry about for the small stuff, will be looking for a mig unit to work in the garage in the next year or so.

Yes mate worked in Venezuala, Hong kong, China, and most countries in Europe, my fav' job has to be the Swiss Trans Alp Transit project twin tunnels 57km in length now they are the longest tunnels in the world........for now,
