Any standard Mig is not really suitable for Alu at 3mm. Yes it can be done but as you really want to be in spray transfer mode for welding Alu then it is too hot for 3mm in most case. You can do it by either dip transfer or in spray at very high travel speed but you will not get the best of welds in either case. In the dip mode the weld will not be as strong, it may seem so at first but through time I have found it will fatigue and crack much more easily than a weld done in spray. In spray mode on 3mm it will not be a nice looking weld but it should be strong enough, so if looks are not important then it may be fine.
Now as to whether the 151EN is suitable, no idea. If you have a short torch with a teflon liner and 1mm 5356 wire then you may manage but you will be at the top end of the welders range and really I think it will struggle to do a sound weld.
