Hi my name is justin I live in the us and I have a Clarke 180en. My ? is I want a longer lead with out converting to a euro lead. Why? The cost. I looked into it and I will spend $250. Now I have messed with my lead a lot to get it to my liking but now want it longer. The only thing I need is a longer liner as I can extend the wiring and gas. Now is the new style liner thats for all models longer then the black one in my welder? If not does any one know where to get one? Thanks for any input.

Search ebay for a liner for a Tweco MiniMIG gun. I just ordered two. They come in 15' lengths. You will have to make an end for it on the torch end. THe ones with the right connector are all short.

On mine, I added a Tweco connector seen here.. I turn them on my lathe. You can get Tweco guns off ebay cheap sometimes (paid $40 for a new 12' #1.) A #1 or #2 Tweco will be good. Another option is a ParWeld gun for about $100 new.

If you can find a gas solenoid and a gun off ebay, you could do a Tweco connector for probably under $150.

It took the old gun and made a Tweco connector and had it as a spare.

The Clarke will drive a good gun at 12' easily. I would not want the stock one to be much longer. My Tweco guns have stiff tubing that keeps the leads straight so there is not much drag.
