The one bit I really don't like is the statement -
'always a little less when you complete it using Lorch technology'
This is said in the way of a fact. So there is no other manufacturer who can match Lorch technology?

The statement doesn't imply what I think you mean. To me it means that with Lorch it costs less than usual.
There's a difference between selling a superior product on its merits and not being shy about trumpeting them, and creating the impression of bumptiousness and the notion that this lot want taking down a peg or two. Bumptious, weird and not easy to navigate would be my view.
You did ask.
I'm with the minority here. I hate computers and I've not quite met the 40 mark yet. A web page for me is there to let me know what's there and if anything get me intrigued. I won't siv through loads of waffle on a screen to find answers to my questions. I'll get the very basics I need then pick up the phone and ask the relivant questions. Yes I know pretty soon it will all be computers and we won't have this option but until then I prefer to do it this way. I like the lorch website it is better than a lot of others I've seen. I hate the ones that cram 20 pictures of 20 machines on one page with a massive write up on each one in the tiniest font to fit it all in. I would not bother trying to read it.
