Stop buying daily newspapers and getting your info from the mainstream TV

Neither do I ever view. There's so much tosh, tat & depressing crap with those, that I purposefully avoid them. They can muster issues out of thin air.

One should just live their life & deal with any issues if or when they arise, rather than heeding doom-mongers.
