new torch needed

Can anyone tell me if the Type 15 euro torch available from weldequip is suitable as a replacement for the standard one on my Clarke 130TE mig? If not can anyone link me to a good quality replacement?

I don't think a euro torch will fit but he sells these that would

Ok thanks. Is it worth my while getting the other parts needed to change to a euro torch? What would I need?

you'd need a euro torch socket and a gas valve too

you'd need the gas valve as its in the torch handle on the clarke torch, but in the welder for eurotorch connections

or you can get spares for the clarke torch handle if its repairable

Quite a few euro conversion kits on ebay, Torch and socket for the machine.

Thanks for the replies. I decided to just get a new liner, swan neck, shroud and tips. I had been having trouble feeding .8mm wire so thought I would replace the plastic liner with a steel one. I replaced the liner today following the guide on here for a clarke hobby MIG, thought it had all gone ok but I can't get the wire to feed through. I had it apart again but can't get the wire to feed out of the liner and into the swan neck. Any hints/suggetions?

I've had that issue a few times, one of these days I'll probably fit a sleeve inside pneumatic fitting with a bore the same size as the bore of the steel liner, and tapering the edge of the hole at the bottom of the thread that the tube goes into with a centre drill (as the have more of a taper than a countersink).
