It looks like you have little to no gas flow whatsoever, are you using disposables?
Either that or you're welding outdoors and the gas is being blown away in which case you need to either weld indoors or set up some wind breaks.

you need to lean to produce a decent weld off the car first try welding some 2/3mm first
as Wozza said looks like no gas at the torch

This might read like an exaggeration but its true, 10 minutes doesn't get you far and you don't want to be afraid to use some gas for practice when you are learning.
