I had a donkey moment with this earlier!
Then realised my mistake.
The 1st knob is only for stick welding amps!
Silly me.
Worried at first until it twigged.

Any way do any of you folks use one?
I want to get some stainless wire for a couple of offsite jobs to run through it.

It was set up for 110v. I now have a 32amp plug on it. It welds lovely actually.

Biggest piece of advice i can give is make sure the wee toggle switch is positioned correctly, will save alot of cursing and swearing and threats with petrol and BFH's

Yeah and the 1st knob don't do anything when mig welding.

Yes that's your stick knob
I run off 13A plug with no issues up to the odd foray into 5mm flat bar.
The cheat sheet values are good starting points with easy fiddling of knobs when playing

I know that knob is now!
I fitted a 32amp plug just because I saw it can take 25 amps on 200amps.
