new tig help please

bought the above tig, need a bit of help identifying the different controls
1 base amp top left
2 is the switch between tig and stick, whats the thing in the middle, top is tig, bottom is arc, whats the one in the middle? bottom left
3 top middle got settings from 0.5s-3.5 s
4 bottom right main amps
5 top right same as no.3 but the picture is upturned

what are each used for as i didnt get any instructions
im confused with the two sets of amps
is one for tig and the other for arc?
never had to set one up before
can you get footpedals to fit this machine?

2. Is it also on/off, could be non-pulse TIG
3. Low current pulse time (time a base amps)
5. High current pulse time (time at main amps.)

Hard to see in the pics as much is obscured. I don't see a footpedal plug or a switch for local/remote current setting.
