new photo driving licence

i need to change my address, update my picture and have an endorsement removed.

does anyone know if ill be charged for this?

i have read up but it goes over my head.

When I changed address, I replaced paper type with photo type for free.

A passport doesn't need to be renewed to get a photo licence, just get a new passport type photo taken in a pay booth and send that with the licence application.
Anyone noticed how suspiciously like an ID card the new photo licence looks like ?!
So, government wants a mandatory ID card, public and media objects and it costs alot of money, so government slips it in the back door in the guise of a driving licence so they get 2 for the price of one paid for by us !!

Trouble is when the swines returned it after pointing it years ago the plastic wallet was gone. Now i cant find one to fit it for love nor money, not even on ebay, (they only sell new ones the wrong size at £4 for a bit of placcy) If im to keep y old licence, it needs a holder though its falling to pieces.

If you damage /lose it, it's a **** load of expensive hassle & until DVLA get it storted you cannot hire a vehicle & can be reported for not producing a license within the 7 days (don't ask how I know)

Took ages to sort out (& life's to short to deal with the knob-heads @ DVLA).

If you get mugged & they get the paper part, the scroats can steal your identity & you'll get a bigger **** load of expensive hassle.

Keep it in a safe place keep at least 2 photocopy's in different places

Oi your talking about my next door neighbours they both attend the DVLA and draw wages .. Yes they are both jerks totally and utterly

i did hear thr DVLA had a drugs bust some time last year.
just goes to show the type of pond life we have to deal with !.

The cost of exchanging your license/new photo or applying for a "Lost License" is the same at 20-00 Quid.

Oh dear, I've lost my license......apply for a replacement one with new photo.......if your new license has any missing catagories......Oh Dear Mr DLVA, I've found my mis-placed/lost license and you're left of these entitlements......you have them by the sort n curlies......sorted
