Currently got a 2007 Packard Bell desktop and an Acer Windows 10 laptop, so obviously a bit behind things. I mostly use an iPad, but that’s not much good for running Fusion 360.
The laptop is ok with it, but if I start opening other programs or trying to work fast, it starts to chug, then decides to start updating a useless program, then send some telemetry to Microsoft… to the extent I want to throw it out of the window, then jump out after it.
So, a desktop PC suitable for Fusion 360 would be just the ticket, plus some advice on how to stop it from doing silly, fiddling things when I’m trying to work. I was once told to format the hard drive of a new PC, then reinstall Windows on its own, to remove the bloatware. Not sure if this is still relevant.
