so it dosent burn yer leg its a bit big on the bore 50mm and total volume but i have anti reversal ramp at the port to counteract back wash into cylinder and its660cm3 so you need a big preferably short pipe for high rpm but hey where do you stop its work in progressVery nice!
I'm curious why the exhaust swings behind the frame, tuned length? clearance for the riders leg??

well there not much different from an m20 and that was a weapon of mass destructionI'm doing something similar with the top end off a jawa speedway engine, putting it on a BSA B33 bottom end. The only worry is the crank and crankcases won't take the stresses and crack up. But thats a great bike Zepplin. You'll have to make a video of it running and share it here.
