i started working on this about 10 years ago its a pushrod es2 welded up remachined with desmo valve operatiion its 660cc revs to 8k for this year its got a genuine ncr cam and dual plugs

Look it's not totally original, the wrong nuts on the overhead shaft are a give away.
I'll give you fifty quid for it.

most recently i had to reverse the cam direction via a pair of triumph gears to use the ncr cam it also has ball race tipped rockers to get round the steepened valve angles and wrong geometry,frame is flanged and held together with bolts from a spitfire crankshaft drive

its 316 pharma grade pipe out a skip fabbed up lobster back style ,its got an anti reverse ramp near the exhaust port , can is cut down titanium acrapovich whole bike made from scrap ,oil tank and primary belt cover made from old sip welder case ,kick start extension stilson handle overlaid with 316 and polished
its remarkably quiet

I'm doing something similar with the top end off a jawa speedway engine, putting it on a BSA B33 bottom end. The only worry is the crank and crankcases won't take the stresses and crack up. But thats a great bike Zepplin. You'll have to make a video of it running and share it here.

I'm curious why the exhaust swings behind the frame, tuned length? clearance for the riders leg??
