Hello,
Not sure if this is the place to ask, just new here.
I just have a question if anyone can help enlighten me please.
I have just bought a MIG welder (Hitbox MIG250) and when using it, it annoyingly blew a fuse in the plug.
Opened up the plug to replace fuse and found a 20 amp fuse stuck in there. I expected the standard 13 amp fuse. (the welder was sold as being suitable for use in a domestic 13 amp socket)
Is this something to worry about or is it normal? I am concerned about safety and don't really want to fry the electrics in my house either. Thanks - any advice welcome!
cheers,
Trao
