Hi all
I bought a used mag drill, I love it.
Having never used one before, I have some questions please.
It doesn't have automatic coolant.
I bought some CT-90 cutting fluid, and have watched some videos on technique, but, all those videos feature automatic coolant, so they just plough through in one go.
I can't do that.
What I have been doing is
cut for a second or two, lift drill, squirt coolant,
cut for a second or two, lift drill, squirt coolant, and so on
Does that seem like the correct way?

Next issue is the nibs that remain after the hole is pierced. I find they are getting stuck in the cutter.
I tried hammering the nibs with a chisel, but as you can see below I cracked the cutter and it broke during the next cut. Wondering how people deal with this?
Regards to all
