Can’t wait! Finally after having to sell my house hike home workshop and my beloved Harrison L5, getting myself back on track after 3 years.
I know this is a Chinese thing but it’s done no work I like the spec. Chester crusader VS the larger model and only 2020 model. With loads of extras to go with just need to organise some transport if anyone can recommend from Stone to northampton where it will live until my extension is built in Bedford

very nice , too good to use though ... one of my uncles , a farmer , used to say this about any new tool , they got a brand new toyota hilux one of the first imports , it sat on their yard for just over a year as they just couldnt bring there selves to get it dirty .

Arriving tomorrow. Was a bit of mission getting a hiab truck but found a guy on eBay for decent money with experience.

Not even needed barking mat on this occasion.
I moved my last lathe myself solely. Harrison l5, onto a si gel axle trailer from the other end of a workshop, off a step down. Then into my shop. Took the whole day from leaving the house only 70 mile away.
Sod doing that again lol

Landed, safe and sound.
Litterally got it in and had to go. It’s done hardly any work whatsoever. Needs a little clean and oil

For anyone midlands based Daniel’s service was superb. Highly recommend.

Is it staying on that wheeled frame, or is it just for getting it shifted? I bought an m300 mounted to a similar frame but the castors were shot! At least I could get a pallet truck or two under the machine without problem.

castors are shot already, not staying there.
Not suitable for such a weight but helped getting it moved at least.

New tool post lever nut made, was wanting to do this to L5 but never got round to it. Much better that an adjustable spanner!?
