Good shout, but do not use deep heat like a deoderant, pits hurt, bits is agony!Deep heat. Get them from chemists. Like an underarm roller type thing. It's just a patch up job to get you through the days at work. But it works more or less instantly. Burns a bit. Bit of a dear do aswell but worth every penny.
Lay down on a cold concrete floor and lift your legs up (like a football bicycle kick)
As an excersize
Do it for a good quarter to half hour every day.
