After multiple attempts I got SWMBO to help. Usually a recipe for a row but she kept quiet and followed orders for the most part.....
Pushed a single Cat-6e through with a 3D printed, double tapered thing in the end. At the point where it got stuck she pushed and I bounced the conduit up and down at the other end. Literally a couple of inches at a time.
Just to tempt fate I then used that one to pull back TWO Cat-6e cables. So that's two in one 20mm duct but the other 20mm duct is still blocked.
