New concrete floor, how to protect it.

just chuck a coating of pva over it and use a sweeping brush to apply. it keeps the dust down is cheap and u can wipe any oil away of it without staining

what do you want to protect it from ?


for me, it's a workshop, concrete is the perfect floor

painting it just means time/maintenance when it needs another coat, and/or it looks a mess when it does get marked up

What about spills, they stain the floor, least with paint it can be wiped up.

dont know if it could be used but what about that fibreglass paint of the grp stuff couldnt you use that stuff

also can be gotten in different colours as well but grey is its primary colour and thats about 60.00 for a large tin and some addative to add to it about 15.00

that stuff drys about 1-2mm thick and its wipeable as well
