Just another tip if you need to bed the pads in but cant drive it (insurance license tax) jack up each front wheel, run it in gear but remember the wheel is doing twice the indicated speed so run it at about 30 on the speedo and GENTLY press the brake BE CAREFUL coz you can have them red hot in a minute keep giving it a rest to cool down and that will bed the pads in and help stop the pedal sink.
But sitting with your foot gently on the brake pedal with the engine running the pedal WILL creep to the floor it feels worse than it actually is when driving.
One way to test if you have I line with air is to clamp off the rear flex line then have a feel if the pedal is MUCH better then that is where the issue is, leave that clamp on, then clamp each front hose in turn and check, that will tell you which caliper the air is in
if it doesnt improve significantly I doubt you have air in the system and all it needs is bedding in.
