Exactly the problem all it will do is make life difficult for a genuine user, if you want acid to stick in a bottle to take with you on a night out in your local high street your not going to be bothered about emptying out an old car battery.
What they need to do is come down like a ton of bricks on any one using acid as a weapon.

You won't be able to buy the acid as an individual, a genuine company should be OK

I've never had any issues
