They look slimmer than the traditional type with the thumb wheel.
Only down side I can see is you need a set whereas a normal one does 0- whatever

I think teng make a range like that? I’ve seen electricians use them on the gland nuts inside boxes. Seem to be useful.I like the concept but also think its a tad bulky to be useful. the only shifter I have come across less bulky which is also slimmer than a spanner of equivalent sizes is the type below, they are slim enough to get at the middle pipes on a spool block.

Horses for courses. Don’t think there’s one perfect set, like many tools.

interested to know what brand this is. Could do with an adjustable going up to about 50mm my spanner’s stop at 32mm and it’s not really worth buying a big set for the amount I use them.I like the concept but also think its a tad bulky to be useful. the only shifter I have come across less bulky which is also slimmer than a spanner of equivalent sizes is the type below, they are slim enough to get at the middle pipes on a spool block.

Stop it! Stop it! I really don't need one.....haven't even the strength now to undo nuts...........it'd only languish in a drawer..........................sigh...................They're quite size specific.
