Who are they?

Are they that american company Lie-Neilsen?

I want to contact them as their air line couplers are not what they state they are.

They state on the package that they're 10mm and the barb is 12mm on the coupler and on the quick release 10mm the barb is 14mm how can stuff leave the factory after going through a supposedly inspection?

I very much doubt they're the same company George,Nielsen is just cheapo stuff whilst lie- neilsen are the ''rolls royce'' [well one of 'em] of woodworking tools especially planes with bronze bodies.

My son has had dealing with this company,they are very good to deal with and sent him a replacement within 72 hours. he just contacted by email and explained wrong item in package and hey presto replacement sent.All they asked for was proof of purchase.

yes Dave as I stated lie-nielsen are top class tools but I don't think they're the same as ''neilson''

You bought them off Ebay? Why not just return them for refund and buy a better/different brand next time. Sounds like you're going to great lengths for a simple problem.

If you want to put the world to rights, a better choice would be contacting any manufacturer of flat pack furniture and asking them why, even with CNC type equipment, they still can't manage to drill holes in the correct places.

Nielsen is the seller, not the manufacturer, their number is plastered everywhere in the listing so pick up the phone and ring them!

Hey hang on lets not knee jerk here,I only wanted to know who,where I can get in touch with 'Neilsen'

Woz, Neilsen is not the seller as I bought from a different seller this time and the result was another Neilsen product sent out and their number is not plastered all over the listing.

I want the manufacture not the ebay seller.

Jesus! I'll keep people in the dark from now on about buying experiences and let them find out for themselves.

cheap nielsen tools are sold by traders at car boot sales and market sellers mainly for diy purposes. the odd thing might be of some use but its generaly cheap tat so any one buying cant expect a rolls royce for the price of a mini

George I purchase an air tool from them and sell it after a month. No way this Neilsen to be an american brand for me. Without to be 100% sure i think they make their stuff in China and the quality is not super.I will not purchase any tool from them again!

yeah, but its not good quality stuff so i want my quid back for the 40 piece engineers toolkit i bought last week
