Thats what I was thinking BUT you should check with a solicitor to see how that might affect any claim or liability. These sorts of things often hinge on tiny details and you never know which way they might swing.

Tell her you will be getting prices from approved, liscensed contractors, and youll need 3 prices as it will be an insurance claim to fix her gravel board.

Bad neighbours are a pain in the bottom...I would get a chain saw and cut about 1/2" at a time every morning at 7am till it was gone, then replace the gravel board. Maybe i'm the bad neighbour?
