I do like the Griso, nice spec, was on my list, though I have just won a BMW R1200R off eBay.

I also like old singles, but not for long trips or busy roads.

Suppose bike selection depends partly on what you plan to do with it. Its frustrating to struggle to overtake a slow car on windy road when you do not have a bit oomph.

I am probably the last person to ask advice of: I actually think the BMW R1200R Classic looks nice and by the weekend should be the owner of 6 bikes!
