Need to rebond some bumpstops - ideas?

As per title, im resurrecting an old standard Atlas pick up.

3 of the 4 bumpstops, the rubber has come away from the backing plate.

The rubber is in perfect condition, the back plates ive blasted and are sound.

Im just unsure what i can use to fix these back on? I was wondering if 3M panel bounding adhesive might work?

Does anyone have any suggestions whats best please?

I have used tiger seal and superglue, both work.

I used caberfix D4 - like "gorilla glue", but cheaper (The foaming stuff) - on my trailer bump stops.

As above tiger seal or any other generic PU adhesive
