Need some help with gas welding

I checked HF, the reg they list shows the gauge has two dials: 0-100SCFH, and 0-40 L/min.

22cf/hr or 10 L/min is standard. If outside, I'd use a bit more.

Ya 1 (dial on the left) shows the PSI with 2 types of pressure out put in 3/4 of a circle, I don't know which one is PSI? The Dial on the right shows you how much gas you have left in the cylinder. I know the PSI is the guage on the left, but it has 2 diffenent circular guages in it so which one is the PSI?

Cool thank you so much. I am so use to the term PSI, I didn't realize that it didn't pertain to welding. OK, I just looked in my welder instructions and it recommends 14 to 18 l/min, so I will use the outer ring right?

That is fine. 14-18 is a bit high, but used outside that much may be needed.

The outer ring is l/min.
