need assistance with caterham chassis brazing

hi all.
I've bought a caterham chassis that needs a bit of repair. but ive not done brazing since college many moons ago.
is anyone in the bristol area available to help me out or teach me the basics before I hore or buy a setup.

there not but a lot of tubular frames were brazed together years ago not welded

I also don't think you should "Hore" for a setup! seems a bit extreme.

There is a bike builders in frome that offer fillet brazing courses that are well regarded. The skills will transfer over to doing inch by inch box on the caterham chassis.

There's a similar place in Bristol (around Temple Meads I think), mainly frame building with TIG but I think they do brazing as well. A search will find it easily.

thanks for the replies, im going to give the bicycle academy a bell, but will try and find the place near temple meads.
caterham only moved to mig welding the chassis in 2004 and everything else is brazed. I think caged laser in frome do the latest chassis so may pop in there to try and get the tubes if they will sell them?

Remember all the pros use a gasfluxer, so the techniques you learn on the day may or may not transfer to coated rods, or non coated and paste. I have never used a gasfluxer, but would like one.

As Hugh F says TBA in Frome, it's one on one tuition for a day. I did it last year, brilliant. Pity my welding is not up to my brazing!
