Need advice buying mask please!

Having just read through alot of threads in this section however, i am now wondering if i've maybe been a bit hasty

Would really appreciate any advice here... either its ok for the price and i'll carry on OR if anyone can recommend a better one for £50 max i'll get that and send the other one back...Thanks!!

thats a good price for that mask.

ive used one and it worked fine.

very positive fit on the head, much better than my more expensive esab.

it will easily se you through your college course and/or apprenticeship if your doing one.

Thanks Neil, it actually arrived today and am happy now that i've read your advice. It looks good but won't get to use it till next week though. And yeah i agree it fits really good, feels comfy and secure!

Was reading the threads in here last night and for my budget it seemed that most of the recommendations were for siflite and parweld and having just ordered mine the day before I was a bit gutted i hadn't found this forum earlier...but now i've read your reply and I have the helmet.. am very happy

I'm liking the Sealey and was about to buy THIS Siflite so how do they compare.
The Siflite is £45.95 with £6.95 shipping and the Sealey is £49.20 but Free Shipping.

I see you need to buy inner and outer screen protectors for the Siflite, what about the Sealey?

I think the Sealey has it on looks, just like something out of Dead Space!!!

Which one should I get ?

You need inner and outer shades for all the masks I've seen. Some are part of the lens unit and some fit in front of the lens in a separate frame like the ones that lift up for grinding.
