It sounds as though @Revs1972 may be on cad for you, if not then I can draw in cad and post it here for you, dxfR12 is what I needed to do for a laser cutting service, but I have a range of other dxf available.

They say the 9mm holes where only there in case of adding underside protection as in "The two 9mm holes shown on the plans were just in case I wanted to mount any underside protection from the brackets."

How quickly do you need them ? If I slip them in next time I get fittings made then they would be a couple of quid each,

I thought that diagram looked familiar, was gonna make them for my D2 but ended up with a steering guard with built in recovery points

If it’s just two of them can’t they be cut out and finished by hand.
It doesn’t look a complex shape. Yes a cnc will whip them out quickly but if it was mine I’d just make them the traditional way.

I'm sure there are loads of things like this out there that someone of your skills could knock out especially if you could get a handful of each made at the same time. Even CADing up the drawing could be worth doing too. I've got a few ideas that I would happily pay for someone to draw up for me.

@Revs1972 I wasn't expecting a proper CAD drawing so thank you, and if you can make them for a few quid it would be rude to say no, however I would love to see a @doubleboost video of them being made on the plasma

I'm planning a few more pay&play days this year, with mud terrain tyres as well so i'm likely to get myself stuck and these seemed ideal for if I have to radio the marshalls
