Insulation will stop condensation, whatever you fit put a vapour barrier between the insulation and the inside. My workshop is insulated with glass wool - cheap and easy to fit.
Not convinced its worth the extra to insulate - its only going to get intermittent use, will still line the interior with chipboard but leave ventilation between panels and outer cladding.
It won't matter if your not storing tools or other corrosion sensitive kit in there and you don't mind working in the cold.
I have spent the day in my workshop, 2°c outside 18°c inside, nice a comfortable with a silent 1800w oil radiator.
Nah, its mostly just storing stuff from the main workshop and an oven / powder coating bench.
The main shop is not insulated - its a crappy sectional concrete double garage that has plenty of draughts, i did replace the cement rock roof with square section steel corrugated and put 50mm of cellotex under that - that made a massive difference and allowed me to heat it a bit. Would really like to properly insulate it though.
